Marrying into a family with a long and rich history on our Charlotte farm is an amazing blessing. Country living has fostered a close family life as we share work, play, tears and laughter daily with three generations of Wingets. There is always an adventure (involving the land or animals) to explore. Originally, my studio was on the farm which allowed me to enjoy watching my children grow and following my passion of art through my business. The animals on the farm are very dear to me as I consider not only my cats and dogs, but also the horses, pigs, and even the barn’s pigeon all “pets” of the family! The love of nature and the values of rural America are easy to find in many of my paintings.
